Disrespectful

The KZN Adidas store don't treat the loyal customers with respect because i've honestly put so much money into Adidas but they cannot give me the respect i deserve .I asked them nicely to keep something for me till the afternoon because that was the only time i could make it to pick it up but they couldn't which made me furious .They treat Durban like we don't exist honestly i feel disrespected
