Disgusting service

Ordered placed on 16/17 May. Received on 26 yet shoes were defective. Several correspondence sent via mail and telephonically regarding defective shoes. Goods eventually collected yet a month since order was placed and still nothing to show for our money. Disgusting or rather non existent service.
