DISGUSTING SERVICE

I ordered sneakers from Adidas a month ago - I had to retirn them because they were big -called the call centre and advised them that i would like a size 5 -they promised that they will do it on their side since it didnt give me an option to return on your website. The courier took about 2 - 3 weeks for the shoes to be collected from me after numerous calls and effort. I then got notification that the shoes was return and the return process was complete. After a couple of days i didnt receive communication regarding my size 5 sneaker - i then sent an email to adidas and was advised the sneaker is out of stock - mind you this sneaker was available all along -but because of the poor service and prolonged collection of the sneaker it is now out of stock. I am so unhappy and disappointed with the service rendered from ADIDAS- Poor customer service. (Return *** Received
