Disgusting non responsive service

Absolutely disgusting service, recieved sneakers, didnt fit my husband, sent a return. Never heard back. Called them thursday was told if the courier hadnt come by the 2nd july to pls let them know and they would arrange. Collected friday. No correspondence dont answer emails. All i want is my money back and i will. Ever deal with a company like this again this is the branch in woodstock/Observatory cape town
