Disgusting customer service from Adidas online store!

Even one star is too much for the pathetic customer service from Adidas online store. Their customer service agents are a bunch of idiots who can't understand the simplest of queries. I'm still waiting for a refund and all correspondence from their end has just stopped. The most disgusting service I've ever encounted, makes me never want to buy a single thing from adidas ever again!!!
