Disgruntled customer

I have been trying to get my hands on a pair of Adidas grand prix sneakers for over a year now in Johannesburg but to no avail. I even phoned the head office in Cape Town but even they couldn't help me. Been to nearly all the outlets in Johannesburg but not even one pair in sight. Most of stored are not helpful at all and some people do not even know what I am talking about.
