Disappointing service

Very disappointed with the adidas online purchase and service. I was sorted delivered on my order I still did not receive my refund queried it several times and did not get any feedback. I also returned an item within the same month and still waiting for feedback on my refund.

Tired of calling and chatting to and agent.
