Disappointing Experience & Horrible Service - AZA***1

I placed an order on November 27th, expecting delivery by December 2nd, as the item was a birthday gift for the 4th. However, after three weeks of trying to reach your support team by phone and email, I received no meaningful feedback. On December 17th, I was finally informed that the product is out of stock, and now I’m left waiting for a refund. This has been an incredibly frustrating experience. I will never shop with you again.
