Disappointing experience buying from adidas online

I bought a bag online, standard delivery (should take 3-5 working days but instead took 9 working days) then when the package arrived I received the wrong package and the delivery guy said to contact Adidas to rectify the error, however, I've been trying to contact them and no emails are being rep**** to and I have to wait a ridiculous amount of time on the customer care service just for the call to die when the consultant answers.. this is not my error, yet I'm the one who has to suffer through this whole ordeal with the person whom my order was swapped with, bad service!
