Disappointing

I ordered Sneakers from adidas online, The website said The order takes 3 to 7 days for delivery. I have tried twitter, Instagram, website , Calling them to track my order non have responded or helped me. At this rate I don’t think I can ever trust adidas with my money because they seem to be **** and Not competent with business.
