Disappointing

Coming to this platform and seeing that more people are complaining about Adidas is discouraging. Because a business should not operate like that...if their phones are non stop busy and having to stay on the line for 30 minutes with no success...they do not respond to emails. It is really disappointing. I requested for a refund for my order which I have been inquiring about now for 2 weeks. Initially, I did not think it would reach this point of wanting my money back but with this kind of service, it is where I draw a line.

Adidas please may I have my money back!
