Disappointed with Adidas service, no communication on the delayed orders

I am typing this very disappointed with the recent service I am receiving from Adidas, I ordered my 1st order beginning of November which went very smooth and received my son's sneakers without issue. Then on the 29th November I ordered my own sneakers, followed my daughter's on the same day which expected delivery date was the 14th December for both orders.I received my daughter's sneakers on the 11th But surprisingly till today17th I have not received mine and no communication whatsoever, when I call the phone just plays music until it hangs up itself. I'm very disappointed, and frustrated as I will be travelling and afraid what if they deliver when I'm not around.
