Disappointed in the POOR customer service!!!!!!

When I came to write a review and seeing all the negative reviews I was honestly not as disappointed I ordered a pair of sneakers on the adidas online website, i than accidentally paid for x2 pairs of the sneakers and immediately informed them, requesting that they refund the one pair as it had not been shipped or even left the store as yet. I was than informed that it could not be refunded that I had to receive the sneakers an than send it back for a refund, clearly already I was irritated because why would you as a business want to pay for transportation of two boxes instead of 1 and than pay for another collection. Well i accepted this above the fact that I was issued with a voucher of 15% off my purchase which did not even use... No it makes sense, its Adidas what did I expect? I received the sneaker and logged a return the same day, Tuesday the 10th of September. Today's date it the 13th, 3 days later and still the sneaker have not been collected nor have I received any communication on when the sneakers will be collected and still after collection I will have to wait 3 - 14 days for a refund after I paid immediately for my purchase. I will NEVER again purchase anything from Adidas!!!!!! This is so disappointing for such a global brand to treat their customers like this, clearly customer services is not one of their values
