Disappointed and disgusting service

Today I went to the Addida store @ Somerset Mall. I was looking for a specific sneaker. I was looking around for assistance but no availability of staff members to assist me.i went to one of the staff Mall guy and ask for assistance. He was pointing at the direction which I can looking for the item,and I ask him if the store do stock what I'm looking for he pointing and told me go look that side ,and he doesn't know of they do stock the sneaker. I fold him how can you point a customer to the direction..that's poor customer service he didn't even take not of wht I was saying.
