Disappointed Adidas Fan !!!

To Whom It May Concern,

I have purchased an Adidas Takkie 6months ago, the takkie was used for exactly what is was produced for "Running" as stated on the box aswell as on the website.

The store at which it was purchased from ( Edgars pavilion westville) as informed me that they only guarantee the shoe for 6months which is now over, with all do respect that guarentee is nonsense for a R899 takkie which i am now stuck with, your Adidas site states that is a 2year warrenty on your products.

Please can you look into this issue as i am a very loyal Adidas customer and have never had an issue with any Adidas takkie until now,

I have Emailed Adidas SA customer service a number of times with only a response that they will get back to me soon but i have never gotten any other response.
