Delayed package - useless couriers

Waiting for my parcel that has been handed to a courier that is ***********. Trying to get answers from dpd - I have a better chance winning the lottery. They have a 1 star trust index and rating, why Adidas makes use of such a courier company is wild. And then customers suffer!
