Defect in Sport Shoe

2 weeks ago I brought back my sport shoes to Adidas outlet in Faerie Glen (Pretoria) because of a defect .... still no answers ... I think they hope that I will disappear ? Not even a Phone call. I go there twice a week ... lots of empty promises... they just laugh at me !
