Deduction from bank account without an order

I tried to order an Online package through Adidas South Africa's website. The amount for my order was deducted from my bank account and the order reflects on my Adidas account. However, there are no delivery details and Adidas states that they can't find any details on my order on their side, despite it clearly reflecting on their profile. It is has been more than 2 weeks, and no one at Adidas is getting back to me despite no money being refunded for a clear issue on their side.
