Damaged t-shirts

I have purchased a t-shirt at Adidas shop 2 ground floor indoni house 120 fox street Johannesburg.The t-shirt was brought 2023 so January 2024 the t shirt got damaged I had to send it back I didn't have proof purchased but it was not even 3 to 6 months the t-shirt was damaged so I took all my Adidas proof of purchase that I have to show that the T-shirt was brought there so when we check with the lady we find the slip.I check on my FNB account app I found that I brought for R340 September at Adidas shop they told me I need to come with a bank statement, they need to send the t-shirts to factory for asses, then after I asked them can't they check on the system they told me it's going to take time that was manager of the store I left the t-shirt.I got a call after a month from the manager said the purchase says on the system is R170 for September.The t-shirt was not R170 now I must take anything for that price I can't I did buy that t-shirt with that amount.I never got any call after that it's even July now.
