Customer Service sucks!!!

Good Day,

I ordered a world cup football and paid extra to get it in 3 hrs, I needed it urgently as it was a gift. Got the ball in time.

When I opened the box the ball was a bit dirty but that wasn't the problem. I pumped up the ball and you could hear that there was a hole in it.

Clearly this ball has been returned before.

Got hold of the customer care and now I wait for it to be picked up and then it must be checked first.

Its been a week and nothing has happened. Birthday gift is long time gone!

I really hope to get this 2018 world cup ball before the next world cup!
