Complaint for Adidas West Street at Durban central

On the 30th of August I bought a pair of DURAMO SL 2 W at adidas West Street the sneakers did not last even 4 months without tearing on the sides. I went to adidas today the guy I found there said their warranty its 3 months after that there is nothing they can do, after that he went to the back to consult whoever he was talking to and he came back told me that my feet are the problem for the tekkies. As someone who works with takkies every day I know what he said was not right I asked for a solution to my issue he said I must return the sneakers in their box with a slip but I wont get a refund. I went out of the store and came back hoping I will get assisted by someone who knows better about customer care not someone who will shame you for your physic, I came across two other stuff members I then asked for a reprint for my slip and i have the precise date and and time the refused telling me their system only have information as of December, that was also a lie the meanwhile they were answering me they were laughing asking why would I want a slip so old despite the fact that i used payjust now and it keeps records. I called their customer service line twice their agents told me the store policy is not the same and how is that even possible you are one company with different store policies that does not make sense at all.

All in all, I am not happy with the store management, stuff and the type of quality of their products. Their stuff should get training regarding dealing with customers first hear the customer what they need do not answer if you don't understand pass on the message to someone with knowledge for better assistance.

When we buy branded things we expect better quality and better service as customers.
