Complaint

I have bought 2x track pants from Adidas outlet at Life style complex in Pretoria.They loose color.I have approached the Manager. He said i can bring them. I brought them on the 20th of March and got feedback on the 10th of April. Why must we buy from Adidas its because we need quality. Turn around time for feedback for me its not customer service.I am disappointed i spend lots of money when I buy from Adidas Outlet Life Style Center in Pretoria
