Complain

I absolutely can not believe the level of incompetence I am receiving from Adidas SA online. I bought something online on the 11th of April 2024 till thaoday I have not received my order I have called several times the past few weeks but they keep telling me to wait 4-5 days this will be resolved which doesn't happen. I am really gutted with experience and I don't think I'll ever buy anything from Adidas going forward
