Cancellation of shipment and not answering calls or valid number and no email update of what is happening with my order

I ordered a pair of indoor boots on the 6th of January, i long onto the adidas app to see how far my order is, it says the shipment is cancelled, I did not receive any email regarding this and they have the worst online service help line, the first number doesn’t work and the other one just goes to voicemail, how the hell can they run a company and the line is going to voicemail. I’ve been calling since 9:00 am
