****** bunch of ********s nxa adidas online shopping horror

I bought a sports bra online. When i was purchasing as i was selecting the bra size at the bottom of the size selection it clearly indicated that if it's not the right size or color, i can return it back within 30 days.

Fine, the size i purchased first did not fit me i logged a request to return it and bought an upper size. Now i got an email from adidas saying they cannot accept my return. But when i was purchasing on their website it said i can return it if its not the right fit. What nonsense is this, that now i cannot return the size that is small to me.

number:-AZA***2 order number. I am soo angry i want nothing to do with the brand, i was them to collect all purchased items including the ones that fit me because they dont respect customers rights. I want all my money back.

I bought sports bras from Puma as well and it was hassle free to get an exchange from them. Maybe adidas should learn something from Puma.
