I ordered and paid immediately during the blackfriday week, never received all the items ordered.

Two tracksuit never arrived and no one informed me about the items that were out of stock. Wrote an email 15 days ago case no. *** never received any response to date. I then phoned their office.

The man answer is indicating that the stock might have finished during the shipping to customers.

To date if you go Adidas online there's stock on the items and sized I've ordered, however the price went up. I still want the tracksuits on the same price as when I ordered

He now want to shove the voucher instead of sending the items.
