Black Friday Lies - NO STOCK

I bought tekkies online on Black Friday. I phoned a couple of times to inquire about my order and sent an email. I was told that it would be shipped either on Tue or Wed and I would receive it in due course, also received a mail to say they would make sure I receive it soon. This morning I received a mail from Adidas informing me that they don't have stock of this item and gave me a voucher. This is a Christmas Gift and I am starting to think Adidas did false advertising only to get people to pay them and didn't have the stock to start off with
