Beyond useless

We as South Africans should stop spending our money with brands like this that does nor care about customer service. Their customer service call center is based in India and the agents doesn't car about you problem as they just try to talk over you and you get nothing done. Its been a week since I placed an order and still haven't even been shipped, so obviously I'm trying to cancel the order and it is not as easy like when you order.
