Beyond Frustrated

Zero customer service for online purchases. Been trying for 2 days to alter my delivery address, no answer on the "customer service" number, Courier IT are as bad, they transfer my call and it gets cut off every time. If I could rate lower I would. Stay away from purchasing online, this is my second bad experience with Adidas in 2 months. Moving my friends and family to another brand, not worth fighting like this anymore.
