Battling to get my refund since Dec, 12, 2024

After my order was half delivered, with missing items in December 12, 2024, a credit note was created by Adidas as a refund for the items not delivered, since then until this hour, I have not received my money, and every week I get promised of receiving it in 2-4 working days, still nothing, poor communication from such a big company and lies that so disgusting to say the least, I regret buying online from Adidas South Africa, I will keep calling and emailing them for my refund, until I get my money, Order: AZA***4
