Bad service

If i would order from Adidas id be sick really. I ordered sneakers for my child on the 27th of November and there is nothing even up to today. Tell me about their phone that is not being answered. In Cape town the kids mostly celebrate the 16th but my son won't have sneakers nor t shirts. I regret ordering from ADIDAS. i WILL NEVER EVER AGAIN
