Bad service

This company shouldn't even get a single star from me. I requested to return a jacket that I bought from adidas as it as small on 24th of March, till today I'm still awaiting courier company to oncome and collect it. I call them every week, and I get same answer please wait 48 to 72 hours and still nothing comes after waiting. Now I'm sitting with two jackets as I bought the second one after I requested to return the small one. Adidas is so *********** and don't take their client seriously.

Adidas online is a ****, and I even have their app. return merchant number ***. We are now in May from April, when I check their Facebook page people are complaining about the bad service Adidas online is providing.
