Bad service at Adidas ATTERBURY

I would like to raise a concern regarding my recent experience at the Adidas Atterbury Outlet.

I visited the store intending to purchase a pair of sneakers. While browsing, I noticed a pair priced at R1,349 on the shelf, which influenced my decision to proceed with the purchase.

When I got to the till, I was informed that the price was different from what was displayed. This was frustrating and disappointing, as I re**** on the shelf price when making my decision.

I understand that mistakes can happen, but accurate pricing is very important in maintaining trust with customers. Clear and consistent pricing helps ensure a smooth shopping experience.

The manager or Supervisor was so dismissive, rude and disrespectful. Despite that , I stood there for further assistance as I had waited for more than 30minutes for assistance. Only 1 till was operating and the floor was full of staff members. There was a queue behind me and none of them bothered to come an open another till for the queue to move. Some customers left before they could pay and that is because of their service. I will NEVER go back to this store.
