Bad Service

I've been trying to return an item I bought from adidas.co.za for almost a month now and I've had no luck. The courier they use sent me texts on 3 separate occasions saying they'll come collect the parcel. I ensure that I spend the day at home but the courier never arrives. I've reported this to adidas several times and I've still not received any assistance. This past Tuesday I called adidas again and was given a case number and was told the issue would be resolved within 3 working days, that still hasn't happened. Please can I get my refund
