Bad Service

I bought things on Friday at Hillfox adidas and now there was network problems, and I was charged 3 times, and I went back on Tuesday as they have advised that I must come back on Tuesday if the funds are not back into my account. The was a guy called Jabu the store manager. Then I sent him a text as he advised that II must send him a text so we can do a follow up on the text he rep**** with who the **** are you. Till date I haven't received my refund.
