Bad service

On the 16th June 2023,I bought 2 items at Adidas South Africa but they told me after I have paid that 1 item is out of stock and I will get my refund with 14 working days. Until today I have not received my refund. I have communicating with them since forever but with no lucky. Their service is very poor.
