Bad Service

I have a problem with Adidas Sneakers bought at a reseller of Adidas. I have exhausted avenues to resolve a mismatch issue on the sneaker with the reseller and have been trying to get hold of Adidas to no avail. They simply do not answer their phone or reply to emails. I can be contacted on the email and number provided in the email sent.
