Bad Service

I ordered a sneaker for my daughter through their website and they used the worst courier company in the whole universe DPD LASER and now I've been told my parcel has been delivered but I did not receive my parcel, I'm not going to buy anything from ADIDAS again I WANT MY PARCEL TODAY!!! I Don't know why they still using DPD Laser this courier company is worst with bad customer service you guys should check company reviews before you associate yourself NOW I WANT MY PARCEL OR MY MONEY BACK. TODAY!!!
