Bad Service

I made an order on Black Friday for five items, order number ***6 only received 4 and was not informed as to why. I got my parcel on the 8th of December, I had to call in using my airtime and enquire and was told one sneaker was out of stock and will be refunded by the 12th, come the 12th no money in, I had to call in again and was told it will reflect today, when calling in again today to be told will be refunded next week. I need my sneakers before Tuesday next week or my refund ASAP.
