Bad return policy

I purchased a pair of Energy boost running shoes from Totalsports in East Rand Mall last year August. The Adidas sales representative was there that day and convinced me to change brands. I purchased the shoes on his assurance that they will perform.<br> He never mentioned that I could return them if I have issues. I didn't run right away as I was on a break from running for some weeks. I started running after 4 weeks of purchasing the shoes and after a month or two I felt discomfort after a run. I mostly had issues with my ankles and lower leg, right where your ankle and calf meet.<br> Thinking it was my running form, I kept on running with the shoes but the pain go worse ,wondering if it wasn't the shoes I called Totalsports again, the helpful manager advised that they will try assist but Adidas is very strict with returns,no returns after 30days. After consulting with a local bio kinetacist, he said that I stay off my feet due to the injury the shoes caused and I cannot continue training.<br> I am so disappointed and very sad that I now have a R2000 pair of shoes but can do nothing with them, nor do I now have the funds to buy a new pair. I will never buy Adidas running shoes again.<br>
