Bad customer service for online return merchandise

I'm not please with how adidas online store have handled my return order. I logged a return on 09/01/2025 and it was wothin the 30 days return policy but to date(15/04/2025) the order hasn't been collected and they don't seem to prioritize my query. I've reached out via their online chat, emails and Instagram( no response from Instagram). I really don't know why they always promise it'll be collected 2-3 days and nothing happens. I've lost count of howany times I've been promised it'll be collected. They have policies that they don't follow. At some point knew consultant told me my return date is more than 30 days and when I told them the return was made a long time ago they turned and said they can see on the system that I've contacted them multiple times. That made me loose all the hope because the consultant had thought I'll just tale whatever they told me. @Adidasonline do better. I don't even think I'll ever order anything from your store because you are looking like ****** now.
