Bad customer service

I bought clothes and shoes on 22/11/2022. They delivered other persons stuff with the person name and my name on the box on Tuesday 6/12/22. I wrote and email to say they need to dispatch my order correctly and they fetch the delivery box as the owneris waiting for it on Tuesday. I have since received reference number ***5. Wednesday I called customer service to check if they are doing something about my order that I need as in yesterday. I was told for email centre yo respond. It's Friday, I called them again, I was told that If I need for my things to get action, I need to call the courier, I refused as surely that courier will need a reference number to fetch this...and I also to wait maybe latest by 02/01/2023 I will get response or money back. ADIDAS SA, you disappointed me, such a big brand with customer service that is to zero level.
