BAD customer service, Delay delivery NO RESPONSE

Bad customer service, what a longest wait just for an update I have placed an order on 28 November to date there is no order update, I keep calling their customer service number no response🥹. Sent an email to customer service still no response. Why advertise things that they cannot handle the volume??? I was ordering for my daughters festive😡
