Bad customer service

I ordered a pair sneakers and T shirt for my son on the 28th November and I haven't received those items. I tried calling their customer service line and they are not answering. It's been 3 weeks now and there's no communication at all,I tried to track down the order it shows and it shows that it's not packed. I need those items before 24th Dec. This is terrible customer service.
