Bad customer service

Goodday Today 24th May 2020 at around 15h30 i visited Adidas shop in Fourways Mall; when i asked the sales lady is the 30% special still on; so she rep**** yes. Then I've asked her as a 3stripe club member do i also qualify for my 30% birthday special; she not sure she'll asked the manager. She came back and told me "no i only qualify for 30%. Now i think that's unfair and i do qualify for both 30% as a public customer and another 30% because it's my birthday month of which it's part of the benefits for being a 3stripe club member
