Bad attitude and service

I purchased a pair of shoes on the night of 15 January 2016 from the Adidas Original store at Canal Walk. I tried to use the shoes on Monday the 17th January but my heel and my back got really sore on the right after 10min, I called the store and ask to speak to the manager but she was not there. I called again on the 18th and finally spoke to the manager and explained to her what was the issue and if I could possibly change it for one with a softer heel. She was abrupt in her approach and said she needs to do an inspection first which I agreed was totally reasonable, I could only take it on Saturday the 23rd due to work and she said she will get back to me first thing Monday morning of 25th via cell or email. When shoes where dropped I tried more expensive pair that I told them to keep it aside till the manager confirms with me, No response on Monday!! I called on the 28th and complained about the service and they promised she will get back to me on that day by 12pm..nothing! I called again the next day 29th and left another message and till this day I did not receive a call or my shoes back.
