Bad Adidas online experience.

Would just like to mention something that I experienced from Adidas, after buying something online.

I have received the wrong order on the 10th of July 2020. Someone else received the package for me, so I wasn't able to check the correct details. The package was meant for Barberton in Mpumulanga. I stay in the Western Cape.

After emailing them that I received the wrong order 6 days ago, on the 15th of July, They haven't come to fetch the package yet. I did however received a call from the courier that they will come today, the 21st of July, they haven't shown up.

The package that I've ordered I did need quite urgently (It was a backpack), and I was going on a trip, that's why I ordered the backpack.

Always had a pleasant experience with them in the past, as I love the brand. Just very unhappy with them this time.
