Awful customer service EVER

I have very big regrets for ordering items from adidas online sa,I bought/ordered items on the 24 November 2018 and their online response says it will take 3-5 working day,its now the 7th day ,I called their call centre they didn't answer ,I've emailed them they didn't respond. They din't live up to my expectations, they are not professionals,I don't think I'll ever buy anything online or recommend anyone to do so,They don't value their customers.
