Awful Awful Adidas - Dont use their online store

The worst online service I ever experienced. I ordered a tracksuit and only received the jacket. I informed Adidas on 29 Nov 2024 that the pants were missing. The following is the reply from Maria (Adidas) on 4 Dec; its 6 Jan 2025 today still no resolution.
