Awaiting July refund

Still waiting for my July refund up to today. Every week when I call I'm I get a promise that next week I'll get my refund but nothing has happened. Tired lies by consultants at customer care. They send you email afterwards to rate their service, but they don't fulfill their promise. Order number 20488
